Here at Deli City Catering we strive to respect the environment and are always looking to implement new products and policies to achieve our sustainability ethos. Our current practices include:

1. The use of biodegradable, degradable and recyclable catering products
   
2. A proactive recycling system
   
3. The promotion of staff and customer awareness
   
4. Energy saving work practices to reduce our carbon footprint
5. Suppliers who share our sustainability ethos

Our left over food products are donated to local shelters and not disposed of.  We believe in helping out our community and reducing waste.
