Succulent Turkey Breasts roasted in butter and a selection of delicate fresh herbs. Served with Cranberry Sauce and a Homemade Dressing.
Hunter Beef
Slow Roasted Beef braised for supreme tenderness in a red wine Jus lie with fresh herbs, roasted root vegetables and button mushrooms.
Fresh Salmon Fillets
Choose from the following options:
- Pan fried with a Sweet Chilli and Thai Glaze
- Poached with a Creamy Dill Sauce
- Baked in Puff pastry with Watercress, Tarragon and Lemon Butter
Stuffed Chicken Supreme
Chicken breast filled with smoked cheese and mozzarella. Wrapped in bacon and served with a white wine cream sauce.
Pork Medallions
Tender medallions of pork fillet cooked with button mushrooms and apple in a creamy cider and wholegrain mustard sauce.
