Our Premium Buffet Menu so be prepared for a treat. The Beef Tenderloin is by far the
superior cut of beef and is roasted to medium rare. Substitute Tenderloin for Prime Rib Roast
and the Marinated Shrimp and Salmon skewers for Seared Salmon Fillets at no cost.
